1. Our service

Paying Guest Bharat helps property owners and renters start PG listing and rental enquiries. This website currently provides information and contact links. It does not offer user accounts, an instant publishing system, accommodation bookings or payment processing.

Sending an enquiry is a request to discuss a listing or rental requirement. It does not itself confirm a published listing, a property match, a reservation, a tenancy or a completed transaction. Any separate service or commercial terms must be explained and agreed before that service is provided or a charge is accepted.

2. Using the website

Use the service for lawful enquiries and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, send false or misleading property details, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, harass others, send unlawful or discriminatory content, or attempt to disrupt the website. Our enquiry service is intended for adults; a parent or guardian should handle a minor’s enquiry.

3. Owners and property information

If you request a listing, you must own, manage or be authorised to represent the property and have permission to share the supplied information and photos. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the details, the right to offer the accommodation, and applicable property, licensing and safety obligations.

You keep your rights in the content you supply. By submitting it, you allow us to review it for your request. Public use or sharing of property and contact details must be agreed with you before publication or introduction. Tell us when rent, availability or other material information changes, or if you want to withdraw the request.

4. Renters and verification

Check the property, the person offering it, availability, charges, deposit terms, amenities, safety and the proposed agreement independently before making a commitment or payment. Do not assume a property or owner has been verified merely because details were shared through PGBharat.

Rental agreements, inspections, rent, deposits, maintenance and refunds are matters between the relevant owner or manager and renter unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise. PGBharat does not operate accommodation or process rent, deposits or booking payments through this website.

5. Limits and third-party services

We do not guarantee listing publication, enquiries, occupancy, a suitable property, availability or a particular outcome. Information can change, and the website or external services may sometimes be unavailable. Property details remain subject to confirmation with the person authorised to offer the accommodation.

External messaging and email services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, PGBharat is not responsible for third-party property arrangements or losses caused by inaccurate third-party information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights.

6. Privacy, complaints and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. For corrections, concerns, complaints or requests to remove supplied content, contact privacy@growthmarketers.com with enough details for us to identify the issue. These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Any mandatory consumer protections and access to competent authorities or courts remain available. We may update these terms as the service changes; any separate agreed transaction terms are not changed retrospectively by a website update.
